Sometimes our employment situation requires action, in the form of a written letter or claim. I use my extensive HR experience and an empathetic approach to represent you. We start with a discovery session to understand what’s been going on and the outcome you are hoping for.

In the Exit to empowerment package, I support clients with their exit, providing confidential and objective HR advice on their options. I then move to support clients as a career coach. Change of any nature can impact confidence. Together we will address these thoughts using creative coaching tools. Over three sessions we will look at your career motivations, goals and values and see where these take you in designing the next chapter.

Price: $500 AUD plus GST

Includes 1 hour HR advice call plus three one to one career coaching sessions.
